With the following Privacy Policy, EURIX S.r.l. intends to illustrate how to manage the website, with particular reference to the purposes and methods by which the personal data of the users who consult it are collected, recorded and used.

This information note is provided pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”).

The Privacy Policy refers exclusively to the www.efficientamento-energetico.com site and not to other web sites possibly reached by users through the link.

Data Processing methods and place

The Processing is carried out using computer and/or telematic tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

Occasionally the personal data may be accessed by other parties involved in the organization of this application (administrative, sales, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external persons (such as external suppliers of technical services, mail couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) duly appointed by the Data Controller, where necessary, as data processor pursuant to article 28 of the GDPR. An up-to-date list of data processors may be requested from the Data Controller at any time.

The data are processed at the Data Controller’s offices and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located.

Specific security measures are adopted to prevent data loss, illegal or improper use and unauthorized access.

Web surfing data

The information systems and software procedures for this website’s operation acquire, during normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the communication protocols of Internet.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified persons concerned, but, because of their own nature, through their processing and association with other data, could allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server and other parameters relating to the operating system and IT environment of the user.

This kind of service allows interactions with social networks, or other external platforms, directly from the pages of this site. The interactions and information acquired by this site are in any case subject to the user’s privacy settings related to each social network. In case an interaction service with social networks is installed, such service could collect traffic data related to the pages where it is installed, even if the user does not use the service.

The services contained in this section permit the Data Controller to monitor and analyze the traffic data and are used to collect information about the use of the site.
This site uses a web analytics service to generate statistics on site usage. This statistical analysis software studies and investigates data in a direct way, not involving third parties.

Optional disclosure of Data

Apart from what was specified for surfing data, the user is free to disclose the personal data by filling in the application forms or sending email. Failure to provide them may imply the impossibility to obtain the requested information.

The hosting service provider may potentially have access to the data only for technical reasons of necessity and urgency that require intervention in order not to compromise functionality and security.

For the reason of completeness, it is important to mention that, in some cases (not within the ordinary management of this site), the Authorities may request information in order to monitor the processing of personal data. In such event, the reply to this request is obligatory; failure to do so shall result in an administration sanction.

Users’ rights

Pursuant to article 15 of GDPR, the individuals whom the personal data refer to are always entitled to get confirmation of undergoing data processing of their personal data to access to the same, also through a copy provided by the Data Controller.

Furthermore, the interested individuals are entitled to access information concerning: the origin of personal data; the purposes and modalities  of the data proceeding; the recipients or categories of  recipients to whom the personal data has been or will be disclosed; where possible, the envisaged period during which the  personal data will be stored or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine the period; to the logic applied in case of electronic data processing; to the identification details of Data Controller.

According to articles 16, 17, 18, 20, 21 of the GDPR, users are also entitled to:

  • obtain the updating, the correction and, in the presence of specific interest, the integration of data;
  • obtain the cancellation, the conversion into an anonymous form or blocking of data processed in breach of the law, including those data whose storage is unnecessary in relation to the scope of the processing, or of data processed under consent, in case of withdrawal of the same;  
  • obtain the certification that the operations referred to in the previous points have been brought to the attention, also with regards to their content, to those to whom the data were communicated or widespread, except where it is impossible or manifestly disproportionate in relation to the protected right;
  • obtain the limitation of processing;
  • obtain the portability of data;
  • oppose, for reasons connected with their particular situation, to the processing of personal data pursuant to article 6, paragraph 1, of the GDPR;
  • oppose the processing of personal data for the purposes of direct marketing.
